Unprofessional Behavior

Had booked a 21 seater for a one day Mysore trip (26th May 2024). A person by name Prashanth confirmed and took Rs. 1500 advance. On the day of the trip the vehicle did not turn up and all mobile phones were switched off. Inspite of regular follow-ups they did not refund the advance taken. And I don't think they will ever return the money. Overall a very pathetic experience.
