Awful service I got from RK Computers, Ellis Bridge, Ahmedabad. In my Dell Laptop, cooling fan was not working so I contacted this service centre. They change the laptop cooling fan but still, it's not working. They charged me 2000 for that service. Overall I am not satisfied with their service.

Median service center. I contacted RK Computers, Ellis Bridge regarding in my laptop issue battery and cooling fan issue. The technician checked the laptop and they changed the battery and cooling fan did the service. they charged me 2800 as the charge but they have not given me any kind of warranty or guaranty. Their service was good. overall I feel its ordinary center.

Untrustable, Pathetic, very Bogus Service, Frustrating Service He took my laptop with him saying he'll fix everything and will return in 1 day, but he took 10 days to return. He said he had to replace HD and he costed me 4500 for that. He did not send me receipt of HD but said that he'll send me in an hour. I called him on his mobile but he never responded after receiving money. I strongly dislike his behaviour and manners of Working. A big NO to his service in Future.
