Very bad experience! The people are extremely friendly until they sell only. This is neither a quality place to buy nor do they have great work ethics. They made me wait for a month for 2 chairs which is ok. But the delivery is on one day and installation came much later. The chair has uneven legs which the installation guy adjusted by adjusting the screw. Now the screw stands out looking ugly. This you find out obviously after he left. Now they are too ?busy?, call center has an hour wait. The super overpriced stuff is definitely not worth it. I would STRONGLY suggest Damro, worth the money and extremely customer friendly.

The worst Kind of service which i have come across.The sale people are not professional and they are not treating customers as customers. People like Rajesh and Manjunath are just good for nothing. Once money is paid, they forget everything. I have ordered a coffee table on may 17 and still not delivered. when being called no one picks up the call i think i need to raise a complaint against the Banaswadi royal Oak.

Its a fraud company which keeps making false promises and spares no effort to make your life terrible after having placed the order. The product, IF DELIVERED, is of cheap quality and may have some defects too. Orders once placed cannot be canceled or returned. Their terms are disgusting & I suggest not to buy from them.

For home need, I purchased recliner chair from this Royal oak furniture showroom.The showroom had many designs and colours. Price is nominal and their response is very good.Am very much satisfied with their service.

For office purpose, bought table from this dealer. The price of the table was Rs.20000. The quality of the product was good. These people showed different models. I am glad with this purchase.
