I had booked a tour service from this agency. Want to go Pilgrimage tour from Delhi to Kedarnath. On April 23rd I have given Rs 17000 to they account for booking ticket. They assured that they will provide the ticket for me, but still, I have not received any ticket from them. Again on 24th April, I called them, they informed me that helipad person is not providing the ticket so, we are not providing a ticket to you. It is almost 2 months over till date I have not received the payment or ticket from that agency. Now they are not picking the call the worst service I had.
