Biggest Fraud contractor in Navi Mumbai – Sandeep Chavan. I had called him to solve leakage problem at my home. But my leakage problem increased after his plumber started work. The increase in leakage problem caused loses of over 50,000 in repairs for me (Including painting, electrical work and a damaged TV). The work he did was worth 5000 but he demanded nothing less than Rs. 20,000 from me. He promised that he will complete all work after I pay him Rs. 20,000. I paid this contractor Rs. 20,000 expecting to get my work completed. But after he got money, he did not pick my calls for a week and told me that he is in Murbad. He has till date not completed work at my home and is asking me for another 5000 to complete work. Highly unprofessional, rude, not punctual, skips work for days without informing and his plumber doesn't know basics of plumbing. Don't go by pep talk he gives before starting work. He is going to cheat you.at the end. Please avoid this guy at all costs.
