Our leader and visionary, Shri Saurabh D. Mehta, is majorly associated with various banks, primarily with Bank of Baroda since 1993 and deals with all kinds of matters in city civil & sessions court, Debt Recovery Tribunal, NCLT and High Court of Gujarat, on behalf of banks as well as private clients & companies. Our firm has its expertise in property laws and all allied matters, RERA regulations, banking and financial laws, company laws, intellectual property laws, etc and preparation of documents including Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Leave & License Agreement, Mortgage and all other allied documents. His son Mr. Divij S. Mehta, has started practising law in similar fields after having tons of experience by interning under several top notch counsels in High Court of Gujarat & Supreme Court of India, and corporate firms. He has his intellect and expertise in company laws, IPR and drafting of various agreements. We have our inhouse team of college advocates who have been associated with us since inception and are well versed and equipped with knowledge and experience in various courts and document preparations.
