Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Worst service ever. The problem was with washing machine timer which needs to be replaced and the actual cost of timer is 300-350, However, the person by name Vishnu, when spoken to him at first, he said the visit cost will be 250 and separate charge for replacement. I was specific that the time is not working and it needs to be replaced but he did not tell me the cost. Later when it was replaced, he was asking me to pay 1,850. Another timer had also to be replaced and the technician said he will come next day but didn't turned back. This is totally a fraud. I would recommend not to avail their services they are fraud at extreme and charge you 10 times more than the actual cost of the item.
