Soddy job is done, service engineer Srinath Reddy didn't fix UF filter. I checked it lying out side after he left. He didn't bring TDS meter to check the TDS of water after changing filter. When asked to check water TDS he said he forgot to carry TDS meter. He left some screws, which he opened and didn't fix. Found screws on floor after he left and checked that he didn't fix some screws. In spite of repeated follow-up and request to correct this dangerous water issues. He doesn't respond to phone calls or WhatsApp messages. He rarely picks call and says he will come next day and never turned up even though he stays in the same area. He is not trust worth guy, he collected his full service change and not ready to correct his mistakes. He mentioned that the filters, which i purchased are faulty. Service is pathetic, please don't go with S R Aqua services.
