Zero star wasn't possible. We bought 4 cassette AC from this particular vendor, its was in June last year and spent around 3.2 lakh for our office. Its been two months that the AC isn't working and the repair person tried fixing the same around 5 times still no result. My simple request was to replace the AC if they cannot fix it but Mr. Somashekhar was trying to teach me lessons on warranty. What he is exactly trying to do is get over with the warranty period and then he doesn't even have to take the pain of repairing it. I am not sure how to go about it. Can someone please suggest something.
