Called this people to service my Samsung washing machine. Mainly i gave them to repair the major problem in that. They charged me Rs 3300 for the overall service. It was a average service surrendered by them.

Number one cheater . I called him for refrigerator repair, he replaced the original parts with used parts , charged 2000? and gave warranty of 1 year , its been just 2 months and the refrigerator is

Absolute worst service ever. Godrej top load washing machine water inlet problem. He ended up replacing parts that didnt need to be replaced or said he replaced it. While making said replacements he ended up breaking more parts inside the machine like the inlet pipe and the top shielding. A total cost of 2000 rupees has now left me with a washing-machine that leaks water everywhere because this incompetent idiot. Now to add to this He doesnt pick up my calls. Its been almost a week since the "REPAIR" and over 30 phone calls. I decide to take a stroll down to the store address mentioned and guess what? NO store in sight! And no one nearby knows of a home appliance repair center. I cannot believe this idiot is still in business. DELIST HIM! Be a better service website by doing so,Sulekha!

This is the WORST SERVICE!! I have seen. I got my LG top load washing machine repaired with this guy. He said the PC board needs to be reconditioned and charged me 2000. He gave the warranty of 6 months. But within a 1.5 Months my washing machine stopped working with the same problem. When ever I call him, He tries to escape I have been calling him since weeks and totally frustrated with him. @SULEKHA: Please remove him from your List of weldors so that people are not cheated.

One of the WORST SERVICE i have sesen my life, This guy Babu repaired our washing machine but it completely stopped working after one month of repair. He took washing machine digital board for repair and I called him almost 200+ times and rarely he answer to the call and he is telling some personal excused from 3 months and keep on postponing his visit. <br/><br/>PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS GUY BABU - 9035465047.<br/><br/>I will lodge police complaint and file consumer case if doesn't respond.

Guys,Beware of the service offered from this agencythey visited my house and collected the service charges along with geyser part and never returned back. On calling consistently the person says he will come today, tomorrow and kept postponing.I would ask Sulekha ban such companies operating under the name of authorized dealeship.On complaining, i get call from the shop owner to take back the complaint then only the service man would visit, else he would never. This is clearly blackmailing customer. Also shop owner told he knows the way to delete the comments or reviews given out.Dear sulekha team, is this the service you guys provide and how dare you keep such companies who bost infront of customers with such daring statements? Please take very strict action and remove from your list.This is my humble request.
