I had a haircut... She didn't even properly dried it..and set it..The helper made my hair wet and made me sit ideal until the lady who was going to do haircut arrived

I m a regular client of sadhanas stato since 5 years but the above statement of savita is totally false coz i know that savita very well she is beaching every were n wr as reviews about this clinic is highly professional n clean,staff is very co operative ,if u forgot ur gold or anything they inform u or they always take care about every client ,using disposable wipes n tissues,n always look after each n every client,and about Sadhana she is really highly educated person always update herself with international education ,done course from newzeland,Russia,Melbourne n France,Italy n always properly done diagnosis of each n every client not only for facial for each n every treat ,i just done treatment of lightning n got 3 shades lighten face so i totally satisfied n thanks Sadhana n d staff ,love u guys n just ignore these savita kind of people they may b jealous on u?? keep it up????????

I'm a regular client of sadhnas stato..I know this parlour since 8 yrs yet I'm giving it 2 stars,as it has degraded their services while charging you exuberantly..I recently got a skin treatment done after which I had terrible marks on my face due to the same reused unsterile blackheads remover..they use the same remover,towels,wipes for everyone..the staff is extremely rude..They don't have proper knowledge about the treatments they do,they keep asking each other in between the procedures (about which product to use next,how to do bleach,etc)while the client is on the chair..Also they keep bitching about others staff and the owner in front of the clients..this is absolutely unprofessional..Sadhna (owner) doesn't even bother to see your skin and suggest which treatment is suitable to your skin,while continuously being on phone..The charges are exuberant and different for different clients for same treatments..Must learn to give the respective type of service
