I am very pleased with the services provided to us .They are very sincere in there work commitment they provide well equipped and knowledge engineers on the sites. They also work on Sundays . Regarding pricing they have two types of facility either go for AMC of the UPS or Call charges basis which ever is easy on the pocket. I choose to go for AMC as i have a running business and don't want to have any problems during working hours.
