Bitter experience has been with Sahoo Travels Bjb Nagar, Bhubaneswar. I am searching Vehicle Rentals for the outstation tour which is 130 Km far from my location.so I had contacted this vendor for Sedan Car rental service. I got the call from the service provider and they said that they will provide the service but at the last moment the had sent Hatchback Car without any intimation. I am very disappointed with this service and they have quoted Rs.2500 for 290 KM for the two way journey but an actual distance from my location is 260Km. After negotiation for same, I had paid Rs.2300 for service. I am not happy with this service.

Sangram sahoo the owner had confirmed a sedan and sent a hatchback and charged for hatchback.. when questioned about the switch hen mentioned cancel the ride unfortunately i dint had any option rather than listening to his call... Thanks sulekha for giving opurtunity for this kind of experience the ride was unpleasent and unconfortable....
