Last week we hired a 12 seater Tempo Traveller for 2 day trip to Agra from this traveller. Our observations are as follows –<br/><br/>- Commitment was not up to the mark.<br/>- We gave time to start our journey at 6.45 am but the vehicle reached around 8.15 am at our place<br/>- At the time of enquiry they told so many facilities such as Ice-Box, First-aid box, one sofa seat, cabinet to keep cameras etc., color LCD, individual seat belts etc. but none of them was provided.<br/>- We booked AC Vehicle, although AC was there but it was not working and our kids suffered a lot because of this.<br/>Our overall experience was very poor.<br/>
