I have booked one train ticket to chennai from Hyd, for that they charged 650 (550 original charge +travel charges). It was not confirmed by the time chart prepared. They return only 420 rs after 7 days, remaining 230 rs its cancellation charges only. If tkt is not confirmed, then they behave very cheaply and loot your money.
