Not Satisfactory service I got it from this Sairam Refrigeration, The service was not good, The vendor came for the service for the Washing machine repair & services requirement, Again the same issue is there, Now Washing Machine is Not working, I have paid 4000 for this service, They didn't respond to me properly, I am not satisfied with this Sairam Refrigeration service.

my dryer in semi automatic machine was not working.i reached direct whirlpool customer care and booked for service.a technician from sairam refrigeration visited our house ,he did something and made dryer worked.his service charge was 350 rs.He could have taken and left if he us genuine technician.whoever came was pakka sales person for scalegon powder of whirlpool it seems.he many times insisted only because of dirt the drum got stuck and he forced to buy 2 scalegon powder cost rs 1100 and he put the same in washer and dryer and rinsed.i thought may be this will run dryer smoothly.after he left same day evening ,i found the dryer again stucks,when I called him over mobile and asked ,he said dryer cable and spring has gone , to replace it parts are available after a month only.what a worst reply .He could have told the same when he visited the home but he want to make money hence sold scalegon powder which no way helped for dryer operation.i filed a complaint to whirlpool again,they said they will send senior engineer but actually happened was the same technician from sairam refrigeration came and explained the same in person.Truly they are not technicians ,they are whirlpool powder sales persons . Don't go to whirlpool for any semi automatic machine issues ,they will send worst partners only

We had some problem with our Fridge and we took the service of Sairam Refrigeration. We are satisfied with the service and they charged Rs.800.

Our Whirlpool Split AC was well handled by Sai Refregiration. It was wise in getting my work done from here. Thanks.
