Saksham’s Academy Sahibabad Ghaziabad

Saksham Academy has been started by Praveen Bhalla, an IT industry veteran with over 16 years of experience in companies like Infosys, Dell Systems, TechMahindra and Scotiabank (Canada). He has observed this gap from close quarters while participating in recruitment drives for these companies. Praveen has conducted hundreds of interviews over the past few years and has also overseen the on-boarding of a number of fresh graduates in these organizations. He is also one of the trainers who imparts trainings on interview techniques, soft skills and the industry expectations from fresh joinees. Based on his experience and the feedback received from industry, colleges and students, various modules have been designed in Saksham. He is also well connected in the industry, which helps in getting the trainees in Saksham to get placed in excellent companies all over the country. Saksham has a policy to employ only those trainers who have rich industry experience in their field. We firmly believe that only people from the industry can understand and train the students on what is required in their field when these students start their jobs.
