the customer service is horrible! the phone lines are horrible! i called BSNLfrom Toronto,Canada ...on every no i could find on the internet ......spent more than 2 hours contacting BSNL to restore my 94 year old father's landline in pune (which was dead for last 3 days) since he was ill and i needed to speak to him and other relatives at home. I have never received such a run around ever before. Even phoned the CEO Mahendra Kumar Jain on his mobile no which i got off the internet... his secretrary answered and said she will try to do needful.HAVE CALLED BSNL PUNE more than 7 times.....just want to restore landline at my dad's house in pune.... such lousy customer service......unbelieavbly horrible
