Complacent service I got from this service provider. I had an issue with my Refrigerator Samsung, Freezer, not the cooling issue for which I approached this Samsung Service Centre Kolkata Dharmatala, Kolkata. The technician visited my house to check the issue and informed that no changed because of it under warranty period. so no charged for the service. Overall I'm satisfied with their service and response

Got a good service from this Samsung Service Centre Kolkata Dharmatala, Kolkata. there was a No / less cooling in my Samsung Split AC. The vendor came and did the service good. Now my AC is working good. I paid 4800 for this service. Overall I'm satisfied with their service.

Washing machine repair & services was taken from this Samsung Service Centre, I contacted them for the service. They came and did the service well, I had an issue of water leakage of my washing machine which is now completely resolved. Their response and service were excellent. I did not pay any amount to them as my washing machine was under warranty. Overall a satisfactory service I got from here...

It's very difficult to find reliable service in the city. They were able to fix my refrigerator in a timely manner and they were honest and affordable.they do the absolute best service with very professional work ethic!!! Very prompt fast service.450 was paid for the repair. I highly recommend them if you have appliance repair needs in the city

It's not just 5 stars I guess it deserves more than 5 stars as it has the capacity of providing quality service. contacted this AC repair & services for a general service. They responded immediately and next day they came and done the service. I paid a reasonable amount for the service. Overall I am satisfied with their excellent service.
