Hi, Just wanted to share my experience with all of you, I have booked Tempo traveler from them for 3 days, i must say very nice service, driver came at morning 5 AM to my place as promised, then we went for Nainital, Bheemtal and JimCorbet. Driver name Vicky is driving very good and available all the time with us. Coordinator Hemant ji is also very supportive, I by mistake given them 1000 Rs extra which they returned through PayTm really appreciated. I will give 5 start to their services. 1000 Paytm at the time of booking 3400 Deisel at Gaur City 1000 Payment to Driver sametime morning when started 1900 Diesel again at before Nainital turn 2000 to Driver again when reached Nainital 8800 to Driver when reached. Total Payment Given = 18100 Running Cost 750Km*20= 15000 Driver 400*3=1200 Toll Given by Driver is 700 Extra given to driver by myself 200 Total Cost = 17100 I by mistake given them 1000 Rs extra which they returned through PayTm really appreciated. Its dosen't deserve single rating. We booked travelle for badrinath but at last day he denied to come and when asked for refund then he told will pick around 3am. We all waited whole night, called several time to driver and traveller agency but they didn't picked call and not responded. Our all tour plan get expoiled. This traveller is very unprofessional and irresponsible.? ?????? M giving this traveller to -ve rating

They are real cheaters. I booked a 27 seater AC bus with them and paid some advance 4 days in advance. but on the final day of the trip they sent a Non AC bus and even argued about the rate finalized been for non AC only. Also the same day I booked a innova cab and they changed the discussed fare after the trip saying those charges were not for local travel. They are big cheaters. Please beware about dealing with them.

Hired a Car from this travels to travel between Delhi to Rajastan. They charged me Rs 8050 for one-day charges.(11.50/- for K.M)driver allowance for 200 Car condition Is good and driver also drive well. I am satisfied with their service.
