Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I had a problem in my LED TV and Santosh rai asked for 2 Days time to get it repaired ,However after multiple follow up return back with assurance that there will be no issue and took the money, however after 3 days only again the screen flickering issue is happening and now they are saying Aaj aayenge kal aayenge and not even picking up the call. Such an un professional behaviour and casual approach. Dont trust on them and waste your time and money. I am going to raise a complaint against them and Sue them in police station. *BE AWARE OF Fraudster*

I would rate them not even 0... they are totally a fraudsters Took money from me and didn't repaired my TV ... the technician was such a moron and stupid...took my money by saying that they will replace some part of television but didn't do anything and at last laughed by saying that our talent we repair with part change ...after which the owner (Mintu) is not giving appropriate response on my complaint...it's been around 15 days I am asking him to get my product repaired but he didn't do anything Request everyone not to go with such fraudsters.

Timely and impromptu service. Very efficient in their work. Neat and clean repairing.
