The staff was professional and helpful initially (before receiving the contract/service charges). They gave false promise of Maid availability. After taking service charge money they haven't sent any Maid/Servant to my house. The have switched off all there mobile phones to avoid my call! There technique is to somehow make the client agree to there liberal conditions and low service charges, they also lower the servant monthly service charge and after receiving money they simply do not entertain you.
