Charged Without Providing Service

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! Sakshi (and staff) charged a full payment from us but later didn't provide the complete classes as promised. Without customer's consent, they mark the customer's classes as done. They stop picking up the calls, no response on chats and hang up the calls on face if picked up by mistake. They cheat the customer saying that your class has been scheduled but very next day no one comes to instruct you for driving. I can share the multiple chats where they didn't even respond while chasing them multiple times. Poor customer service. Never signup for the classes with them. Staff and management is worst.

Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

School taken Rs.7,000/- for 14 Days Class, however on 11th day no vehicle send with driver citing that 14 hours completed as they provided 2 hours class on 3-4 days. Even not taught Parking, Reversing. They send change driver. Even making complaint with Police not worked and they adamant of their behavior. Very disgusting. Instead, I recommend that Clear contract be taken from them. Insisting long duration class not be signed on their logs.

My experience at this driving school was extremely bad. It feels like the girls there are just sitting to collect money. They don't care if the customer is satisfied or not. That's a distant concern. From the moment they start talking, it's all about money, money, money. We all understand that everyone is in business to earn money, but these people have no manners whatsoever."

Unprofessional Behavior

These people are running a scam. They tell you something else before taking the booking then after that boom! Everything changes. Their words. They don't have value of a time’s person. So, let me tell you what happened with me I booked the slot for 10-12PM for myself and paid the token. They confirmed that me written. Then they call and tell that they have certain problems with the driver and the available slot is not available. I have attached the screenshot as well for the everyone’s reference. Please be aware.
