The Secunderabad CLub is one of the five oldest Clubs in India. It started off as an exclusive Club for the nobility of Hyderabad and Officers of the British Cantonment. It was the hunting lodge of Sir Salar Jung I the then Prime Minister of Hyderbad state.Organizational coherence and strict obedience to its code of conduct has resulted in the Club being rated among the finest Clubs for Indian Gentlemen and their families.The Club boasts of excellent dining, reading, indoor and outdoor sports with its own cricket field facilities. It may be the only Members Club to have its own dedicated Sailing Annexe. The Club also offers excellent facilities for organizing social gatherings by its Members.
