Service Point Tollygunge Kolkata

We have experienced a very very bad service from it.The PCB of the microwave was malfunctioning.For it the technician demanded Rs500 in advance,but although more than 1month has elapsed we did n't receive our model back .Inspite of repeated calling they could not assure us when they will return the model. Moreover their behaviour is very rude.

We got a Microwave oven repair & services, His service was good, There was a Button and some Magnetic issue on my Samsung Oven, The service vendor corrects it the issue, Now my oven is working perfectly, The did the work correctly and he delivered me the oven, His work is really Excellent!, I paid overall 3100 for this service, I am fruitfully satisfied with this service.

The technician totally unexperienced. I doubt are he a technician? 2hour spends but didn't find the problems of the fridge. Then after he charge 500 hundead for inspecting.

Power is available ,on-off switch not functioning always in my Samsung microwave oven, so I contacted this service provider.the normal charge 1200 was paid for the repair and now it is working very nicely.good service

The service person did the service but somehow he didn't completed all n m nt satisfied totally with service

Had a problem with my LG Refrigerator, Water leaking happening on it,then I contacted this service center,one person has come & done the service & taken some spare to put new one,But still he did not give me any response on that, when I called that service person for the re service he says that spare has not got it will take time to do service, still now for that Refrigerator repair I paid 7000,It was a below average service I got from this center.
