Happy with the service is given by Servicecity Pulpehladpur, Delhi. I am looking to repair My Sony LED TV. So we have called to this service center for repairing. they have arranged a technician for service person Name is Hemant and they have taken my TV to his service center.they have completed the work within 2 days and delivered the Tv. I have paid RS 550 for the service including spare parts replacement.

Very bad service experience... service executive not doing anything.. and service charges may apply.... they have totally coming To collect the service charge............... bad bad very bad service

Sir, We Came To Your Place On Bike. And Your Commercial Use Speaker System Was Very Heavy(around 30kg) To Be Carried On Bike. It Could Have Resulted In An Accident Or Damage To Your Music System. So We Request you To Bring The Set To Our Workshop. And You Agreed And Requested For The Location. I Don't Understand Where Is The Confusion And Your Remarks Are Not Matching To Our Conversation.
