7 star services is not good they doesn't had awareness to service customers and jobs

Got a broadband internet connection from this center. Monthly charges were 750 which was very modest rate. Connectivity and signal strength is excellent. There was a quick response to the customer as they are very important to them. I am very much satisfied with their service.

The manager Mr.Irshad is decent and follows work ethics.... Hence the plans of internet have improved in the current scenario due to high competition being the second reason...Though the staff/technicians are lazy , But its better you talk to Mr.Irshad , he understands the problem and provides prompt solutions...So thumbs up for this internet service...so far so good...

Not complete information is given by the person (read Ms Pallavi) at the time of connection and then the usual habit of blame game begins for the person who is on leave. Cherry on the cake is that when spoken to the supervisor/manager Ms. JOANA (who attended the call after lot of persuasion), has to say that, "I am not here to take calls." Needless to say that I had to call my documents and cheque back and cancel the connection as this was their behavior just to begin with. Ms JOANA, in case you need some help for customer retention, learn from the people who are actually busy, like the ones in the field collecting documents or installing wires in this scorching sun. People like you Ms JOANA may bring up or doom a company.
