Please avoid this agency. Their drivers are professional cheaters. I booked a cab from Mitra mandal colony Patna to Warisnagar, Samastipur on 2nd June 2019. At booking time the agency said the meter reading will be door to door. At pick up point the trip meter reading was 12 km and the driver said that this will be deducted from the final reading. At drop point the meter reading was 122 km. Then driver said that he had reset meter on the way without telling me, so the total reading is 123 of which I have to pay double as the booking is two way. He started misbehaving and we had to pay what 146x2x11 instead of 110x2x11 to avoid creating a situation. Calling agency didn't help either, they said that we have to manage with driver only and to driver the agency person said that do whatever you have to get the money. Any of you looking at this review can see the distance between the two points on Google to see yourself the distance between the two points. They are the worse.
