July 1998, about eleven years ago, some experienced personnel in Telecommunication field have started SHIFT TELECOM at 43, Dhakuria Station Road , Kolkata - 700031 for supply, installation and servicing of EPABX and allied equipments at Kolkata and surroundings .Within few years the company has grown up considerably with a strong customer base under the guidance of efficient and experienced Managers, Engineers, Technicians and Ministerial staff. Very recently we have shifted our office to our own premises at 126/ 2 Baghajatin Place, Kolkata – 700086 with adequate Space and good working environment. Along with sales & Service office we have set up an ELECTRONICS LAB where we have started focusing our activities in repairing & production of electronics products. We have Manager (Services ) with 25 years’ experience in Installation, Servicing and Repairing of cards of Telephone Exchange, Transmission cards, SMPS of any make & capacity, UPS, INVERTER, Cards of Power panel etc. He has served in I T I LTD. in repairing center approximately for ten years. We have Manager (Services & Marketing ) with 15 years’ experience in EPABX & allied Telecom items, IT products, CCTV, PA system, all types of Telephone cabling etc. He has three years’ experience in repairing of Electronics products in TATA TELECOM LTD.
