Had the worst experience. Strongly suggest NOT to book bus tickets with Shiv Shanker Travels EVER. I had booked 2 lower sleeper berths through redbus for a journey on 20 Oct. First we were forced to take upper berths reason being they make 4 people sit on the lower berths. When we denied because my mother had severe back problem after 27 hours long train journey and could not climb to upper berth, we were forced to take a single lower berth. These people had charged 380 for each ticket and did not even return the amount for one ticket which was never provided to us. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH Shiv Shanker Travels. I would prefer to give a rating in negative but thats not an option here
