Not recommended. Highly unprofessional conduct by the technician. Got my refrigerator repaired by them almost a month back which broke down again within two hours. I was charged Rs. 2700 for the faulty part installed by them. I have been following up with them on daily basis since then for replacement of the fault part installed but have only get new excuse in response for not showing up to replace the faulty part. Now when asked for refund the technician has stopped taking calls.

Admiring service from this Shivaloka Electricals, Kundalahalli. Contacted them for my Samsung Refrigerator repair & services for Freezer not cooling. They did a good response and done the service perfectly. their service was so professional. I paid 2300 for the service& gas refilling and they changed some spare part. Now my Refrigerator was working excellent. I'm very satisfied and happy to take a service from them.

I had an issue with my Samsung Refrigerator not cooling for which I have contacted Shivaloka Electricals, Kundalahalli A technician visited my house to check and they change some parts and he refill the gas solve the issue within a half hour Now my Refrigerator is working well . I paid Rs 2500 for the service the charges was too high the service was average.

I have got my Microwave oven serviced by Shivaloka Electricals, Kundalahalli, they have given immediate response and have come immediately and have replaced the transformer and have charged Rs.2000 for the same, the service provided by them was very good.
