Recently I had an AC repair & services. So I contacted this service vendor. For Gas refilling Purpose. They came and uninstalled my AC and installed on my hall. I paid for the installation and installation, gas refilling charge were 2300 overall. I am satisfied with their service. It’s a good one……

Shivam AC engineering has very poor service, poor theoretical and practical knowledge regarding troubleshooting/repairing AC fault. They told that problem has been resolved and took full money and left saying AC will take one more hour to function normally but this never happened. After they received money, their behavior changed, talked rudely and not giving response to call as they are not able to solve the problem. We had given them ample time to rectify the fault but they do not wish to solve the issue.
