Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I heard about this tour operator from one of my friend with his wife at Puzhuthivakkam that he has booked for kailash yatra and paid entire amount of Rs. 94,000/- from January to March 2023 through Bank transfer. But all of a sudden he had to go for by pass surgery one month before the tour planned which he has informed them for his inability to go for the trip and requested to return the amount. They said tour cancellation amount of Rs. 15000/- + Flight cancellation amount of Rs. 12000/- will be forfeited. (Total Rs. 27000/-) which has been agreed by him. The balance amount of Rs. 67000/- they still not yet refunded to that old super senior person. Hence please be alert before booking through them. As he doesn't know how to rate them, he asked me to help him. Hence sending this review on his behalf.

Horrible service. The tour guide/organizer was completely incompetent and useless. DO NOT CHOOSE THESE GUYS.

We were a group from India and returned after visiting kailash manasarovar .we went thro Shivam Group holoidays mylapore .they were too good more specifically the team .their team is the heart .team led by rajkumar in Tibet region were simply outstanding especially when other things like weather , terrain are difficult .i have just named one person but the entire team deserves compliment .the journey was filled with excitement and curiosity but must say its worth the last penny

June 25, 2016 ? We (Family of 3) chose Kailash Journeys for our Kailash Mansarovar & Muktinath trip in May ?16. Started initiating discussions with Shivam yatra at mylapore the start of the year and they was prompt in answering all the queries. The accommodation provided at Kathmandu & Nepalgunj was good and the representatives of Kailash Journeys at each transit point in Nepal ensured smooth transition to our next destinations. Once we reached Tibet, the sherpas team lead by shivam yatra took complete care of us. Personalized attention was provided to everyone. Without the guidance and help of the hardworking Sherpa team. On the way back from Tibet, the management team ensured that we complete our trip and reach Kathmandu on schedule they accompanied us to Muktinath. On a day when there was a local strike in Nepal, he arranged for an alternate vehicle and ensured that our stay at Pokara was not impacted. Overall it was a very well organized trip by Kailash Journeys. Recommended.

It was our first trip to Shirdi to receive baba blessings and his darshan and a great experience. .In Shirdi we stayed at the Lords Inn- 2 minutes walk from the temple. The availability of VIP passes have made the visit very convenient for us. We visited the temple on Tuesday14th Feb and found the flow manageable and it as so peaceful to avail his darshan. My booking was made by shivam yatra service . We found the room clean, nice and spacious and its location is hard to beat .Our mission was only to undertake a pilgrimage to Shirdi and return the very next day.We found the staff very helpful and they very quickly arranged safe and reliable transport for us to visit Sherdi . They also pick and drop at airport at correct time.
