Worst Experience ever I have in my life till date. I am residing at Halol (45 km far away from Vadodara), Dist: PMS, I bought 'Kross Bolt' from this vendor. I told him that my permanent residence is at Halol, will I get service and spares at my place, they confirmed YES, dafinately. And I bought the bicycle in cash. After two months my cycle got punctured and I took it to the local bicycle shop at Halol itself, who is having tie-up with this people at Baroda. I made puncture repaired two times at my cost, but failed. I made puncture another two times at two different place, but failed (I spent more or less Rs. 150 to make the puncture repaired). I talked with the vendor for this. He asked me to buy a new tube, as the tube is use & throw, puncture can't be made in butyle tube. Today(16-07-17), I went Baroda to buy a new tube, it costs me Rs. 350/-. I asked them that they should told me before I purchase the bicycle from them, that the tube have to be replaced at my cost if it get puncture and the tube of this byke will not be available at my place Halol, as the size of the Tyre (28) is odd. But, they replied me very rudely saying that this is not our duty. Customer should check all pros and cons at his level and if I am unsatisfied with the product, I have to now fight with the bicycle manufacturing company or with the Tyre tube manufacturing company. They asked me very rudely that they don't have time to argue with me and I should leave their shop if I am having any dispute. We are not even interested to sale you it's spares also. I bought a new tube at their cost of Ralson make with a written note mentioned with "No Garranty or No warranty" once sold. So friends, plz plz plz, don't purchase any product from this shop at all. They are very much successful but an arrogant business people. Just forget about after sales service. I am really very dissatisfied and disappointed with "Sainath Cycle & Motor Co." Nizampura, Vadodara.
