Ar. Shrikant Sayajirao Chavan has been `Fellow of Indian Institute of Architects’ has 34 years of varied experience in the field. Graduated with first class in Architectural degree and became Associate of Indian Institute of Architects in 1993 and has since been registered with Council of Architects. Prior to that with his qualification as a civil engineer since 1982 he had already gained varied experience on many construction projects. During last 34 years he has been associated with many projects as an Architect, Interior Designer, Project Management Consultant, Quantity Surveyor, Govt Approved Registered Valuer and Vastu Consultant. We have been offering the services as detailed below :- Architect Comprehensive architectural services (planning/designing, preparing presentations of conceptual designs, cost estimates, statutory approvals, structural designing, working drawings, tendering, periodic site visits, landscape designing, completion procedures) for all kinds of architectural projects such as residential buildings/bungalows/row houses, hotels, clubs, commercial places, industries/ factories, hospitals, offices etc. as well as Housing Society/ redevelopement projects, SRA projects, rental housing projects and redevelopments of commercial buildings. Redevelopment of Co-op Housing Societies :- As per Govt of Maharashtra circular dt.3rd Jan 2009 directives have been issued to all co-op hsg societies which includes the appointment of Architect/ Project Management Consultant, who is required to provide all the guidance to housing society which includes survey of land, obtaining information regarding conveyance, FSI, TDR, preparing Project Report, tendering and scrutiny of tenders etc.We have been providing all these services at a nominal cost. Project Feasibilty Report Project feasibility report prepared for Slum Redevelopment Projects, Redevelopment Projects of Housing Societies as well as Rental Housing Projects. Interior Designer Comprehensive Interior architectural services for Residential flats/ bungalows, offices, restaurants, hotels Project Management Consultant Technical consultancy, site supervision, work scheduling, bill checking Quantity Surveyor Preparing rough estimates, detailed estimates, Valuations, Bill preparations for govt contracts/ non-govt contracts, Bill checking, Tender document preparation, preparing drawings of old buildings with actual measurements. Vastu Consultant Wherever desired we always offer that all the architectural projects as well as interior designs shall be as per Vastu requirements.
