My Father-in-law purchased a refrigerator, instant ice formation was there and water was leaking on the floor. On complaining, the owner behaved in a bad way. When refrigerator manufacturing company advised him to replace the refrigerator, the owner replaced it but used abusive language and threatened for dire consequences. It was horrific experience by my father-in-law.
