Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service

Thief company, never pay advance to these thieves, you'll loose money only. Lot of mental stress and you'll never get your refund. Also they make you pay heavy connection charges, which which is not the case with other companies. Also internet keeps going down almost every 3-4 days.

Never ever think of purchasing their plans. Its waste of money. No connection stability.

I wanted a broadband internet connection. So I approached this Sikka Broadband, No. 6, Sikka House, La Place Bungalows, Shahnajaf Road, Hazratganj, Lucknow. The response from them was very good and the technician came to my place an installed own brand of Sikka broadband connection with a modem and they provide 75MBPS speed with unlimited data pack. they charged me rs.8000. overall happy with this service provider.

Very bad and very unprofessional. Came to collect the new connection money on day one and said within 3 to 5 days, we will give you the new connection. Now it's been more than 3 week to a month... No connection. Everytime when I call them in the morning, they are like we are putting the connection today only... And when you call them in the afternoon or evening, they are like tomorrow for sure. Now I'm totally frustrated and asked for the money back and they are again doing the same thing. Last resort: Consumer Court. Not leaving them alone. Will not recommend to anybody.

Opted a wireless broadband internet connection from this service provider. They came and installed the internet connection perfectly. I paid them Rs.3000 for the service and Overall their service was excellent.
