Worst experience my family had ever. Transport services are very bad. Waiting time is more then 5 hrs. If u pay full amount then no response after that. If u complaint they will take it very casually. Local taxi they have the contract with abhi thakur company ( heavon manali tour). Dont go with this. He himself is gangster. He will go by his own way and fight & threaten you in between if u will complain anything. Horrible experience. We could save our life. If u pick up time is 9.30 they will Come to u at 12.30 then they will say some sightseeing has to be skip. Don't even think off.

Once you pay the amount they will not treat you well. I bought a package from Delhi to Manali from this travel. My Volvo was delayed due to traffic which is fine. But when I called Silent Planet executive to know the bus status then Mr. Nitesh was talking rudely and he said your pickup location has been changed now you will have to go to another place. The main thing to be noted here is that they didn't give me information about the new place instead of this I called him as I was facing issues to catch the bus. Another incident was after reaching Manali Cab driver(from Manali Bus Stand to Hotel) charged me 300 rupees as Volvo private station is far from the Local bus stand. The main thing is that this Volvo station exists since many years but Silent Planet(Mr. Nitesh) said this was the recent change due to weather reasons. But in actual it is established for so many years. Another incident - The cab driver came at the hotel to pick up for day 1 process( for Solang valley).

Worst experience with silent planet. They will not provide services after payment. They book your ticket in bad condition buses. And make more commission. We were coming back from Manali to Delhi by AC Volvo bus by Pal Travel which was provided by silent planet. We have taken bus at 6 pm from Manali But we reached in Ambala at 9 am morning, Bus broke down at Ambala and bus staff denie to move for Delhi. They have not provided other option to reach Delhi. All passengers taken another traveler from Ambala after lots of excuses. And they also denied to return our Bus fare. Rakesh Kumar 9871957577
