SK Associates Fort Trivandrum

I am here to share my experience and the readers may decide what they wish to do. A laptop was given for repair. They informed that the replacement was not available and were trying to obtain it. No follow up call was made after the stated time and on calling, the technician was rude. Finally another computer repair center (Media) was entrusted to collect the not repaired laptop to address the concern. The office assistant informed us that their technician found some parts missing on inspection. It was refuted by 'Media' later after S.K associates contacting them. The office assistant did hold his ground stating that parts were missing as informed by the technician. To be fair with Media, I do not doubt their service and has been a long time associate with no reason to complain. S.K was suggested by a friend and so decided to give a try!! I state my experience and it is for others to decide whether they wish to avail their services.
