Unprofessional Behavior

Very bad service, lack of knowledge. I took its service for enabling my Gas stove suitable for PNG (piped) Gas connection from existing LPG Gas connection. They increased the valve holes to such extent that the flames are dangerously high. I had to visit three times to the shop for repair but the result is that my Gas stove has been destroyed. I asked them to visit my house for rectification by seeing the problem themselves but they did not bother even though my home which is just 1 km away and ask all the time to visit the shop even though they don`t have checking facility there. So beware of its services.
