Very unprofessional service...the person who came to provide the service claimed to have 7-8 years of experience but seems that she had no experience at all. Burnt my leg from 3 places during waxing despite me several times reminding her that its burning. During bleach also she didn't put the bleach evenly on the face and neck and subaequently when she noticed that some areas were left, simply put the bleach powder over those areas without mixing it with the activator. Took 2.5 hrs for waxing, treading, bleach and facial but still no glow at all on my face. The skin tone of face with forehead and with neck is completely different. Highly unprofessional stuff and very disappointed with service.
