Pathetic Experience,Actually they are not even worth of one star.<br/>I bought AC from them on 8th May16. Till 15th AC is still not installed. Contacted sales man Chetan asking about the installation,he said they have logged the ticket will carrier guys,they should come for the Installation in next 24 hours, we waited for 24 hours,when called on 13th night his manager Shukla is saying that they forgot to log the call with Carrier hence it will take time for the installation.After so much of hassle, technical person came at home for the Installation then he realised Snehanjali have issued me bill with wrong date, hence he cant do the installation as we bought the AC under 299 scheme and he went back!With all frustration i went to their store and spoke to Kamlesh who considers himself as seniormost staff..Instead of accepting their mistakes, he is telling me that we are humans and error can happen with anyone.<br/>AC without installation for 8 days!! With contentious lies is this the HUMAN ERROR
