Sohail Architects is a Coimbatore based design collaborative led by Ar. Sohail Sheik Ibrahim and Ar. Raja karuppaiya. The firm is committed to Architecture, Interior design, Sustainability and Research. Sohail Architects was conceived as an idea to perceive, interpret and organize users senses; a place where culture of design is a way of life; reflecting sensitivity towards the context, holistic view, sustainability and pragmatism. Our scope of Services Architectural, Structural and design drawings- Once the schematic drawings are finalized, final architectural drawings shall be prepared by us. Based on these drawings, civil and structural drawings shall be undertaken. Structural drawings- Center line drawing, excavation plan, column and footing details@plinth level, structural details@still & lintel level, structural details@roof level, parapet wall details, overhead tank details, staircase drawings, Underground dump, septic tank, Compound wall. Architectural drawings- Floor plans with joineries, sectional details, all sides elevations, joinery and grill details, Toilet layouts with dry and wet area concept, plumbing fixtures positions and placements, Basic electrical layouts and false ceiling preparations. we will assist in your tile selection, bathroom fittings selection, flooring selection, kitchen cabinet selection etc and all assistance will be provided to get best results
