Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Charged Without Providing Service

I booked a cab from Mumbai to Goa for 2500 rupees. However, the company has canceled the cab and said it is not available and has not refunded us yet. It is not advisable to use solo cabs

FRAUD COMPANY, unprofessional company do not use it. unprofessional and rude behaviour 1. do not have any cars, call some local car vendor and provide you worse car, damaged and unclean. 2. i called them 7 times to got cab number at 11:30 pm midnight and my trip was schedule 6:00 am 3. driver all the time on call and he took un-necessary turn and increase km to get more money. 4. I reached delhi to mussoorie in 12 hours , can you belive it and driver all the time taking with his friends on family 5. he did not drop me on my destination , he told me he has to return he picked new drop and force me to leave cab 3km before my destination. 6. believe me when i compare my total cab chanrge was 40% more than uber intercity chanrges. 7. solocab guys just talk sweet sweet after taking money they start behaving rude and unprofessional. 8. worse cab service I ever seen in my life 9. they are not cheap they are taking 1.5X money from others, they just try to get booking amount first
