I had booked a fumigation service for 11 am (I was told that the gel and spray pest control service would also be done as a complimentary service, however nobody turned up till 12 Noon even after multiple calls. Finally when the person turned up, he did not even know that he had to do fumigation. He came without the fumigation equipment, and instead only had the gel and spray equipment. We waited in vain for 1+ hour and sent him back without taking the service as fumigation was our primary requirement! They have terrible customer service and I am amazed at the lack of professionalism. We had told them in advance that we do not stay there and will be coming to the apartment especially for fumigation, however, they do not seem to value customer's time and requirements.

Chemical treatment was done by this pest control people against the Bed Bugs in our home. Their service was really good and They quoted me 2500 for the service. Their service was satisfactory and they gave us their given 6-month warranty for their service.

I really appreciate the SIPC and their services with regard to Pest control especially Mosquito, cockroach, termite and rodent management. Previously I approached top companies in the market like PCI, But they couldn't satisfied me in pest control aspects.The scientific approach of SIPC regarding pest management is excellent. Their timely and periodical management is very good.

South India Pest Control service is the nice one, Some insect problems in my residency, so I approached in this service. Their service was very accurate to neat. They are using some liquid type of poison for the insects. Now it's totally cleared by them. Charges also nominal. I'm satisfied about their service.

We took the pest control service (AMC) from this company and regret it now. We live in Bangalore and were looking for pest control treatment and homed on to this company. At the time of entering into AMC they promised a lot but the pests (lizards, cockroaches) were back within a week. When we complained after a lot of calls they sent a guy and subsequently tried to pass that as one of the four visits as per the contract! <br/>However the number of visits doesn't matter as after every treatment the pests are back within a few days.<br/>Recently a person(someone named Asha) called up asking if we want to renew the service. I asked her if they would take my feedback about the poor experience and do something about it. She then actually hung up the phone on me. I thought it was some connection issue and called the number back. No reply as she probably didn't feel a need to waste their precious time on a customer's feedback. <br/>If you are looking for pest control, this is one company to avoid!.
