Spencer's Retail Indirapuram Ghaziabad

Today I had the worst experience in Spencer (the store I used to purchase most of my daily stuffs) and I would never visit this store again. Yesterday I bought a Nevia moisturizer and I didn't check the top cap was broken. I hastily put the moisturizer in my cart and got it billed. When today morning I opened my bag and checked it I found that it was broken, so I took it to the store and asked the person to get it changed. He then checked and told me that it can't be exchanged. In his defense he told me that we have checked our shelves and we don't have any broken lot. I mean really? that's what you have for your defense. I told him I didn't check it and added in my cart but he didn't even try to listen and started telling me that we can't change it and we don't keep it like this on our shelves and told us that customer needs to check before they buy. They were so rude and everyone was watching. Please don't buy stuffs from a place which doesn't value it's customers.
