I have exact similar experience with Kalyanasundaram G. Mr Sukumar is not at all any interior person and he can only execute work very well. Once paid, you'll have no freedom. We were purely at his mercy. A simple data should be enough. Our whole flat interior design he finished in 3 hrs by drawing in paper and we had no choice later on to change anything. For any very minor modification he is extremely annoyed and every time we use to feel that he is doing the work free of cost though his rate is not very cheap.
