Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

These guys changed entire system with HJC membrane sediment carbon and motor pump for 5000 rupees and given 1yr warenty. But it's been 5months now membrane not working and they were changing there words that they didn't changed membrane and again I should purchase this membrane. Fully cheating and robbing the money.
