Worst experience in this wedding hall. The so called manager over here plays all sorts of tricks in order to make you book his own decorations and food catering. He and the other manager have fooled us by blaming on each other and have taken all our money without even delivering us with the photo album and video. Since we were forced to book their videographer and photographer, the video was not edited well (they just dumped the whole video into 4 CD's and lot of spelling mistakes and dint consider major family person's names). We booked the hall with some manager called Haridas and later a person called Prakash (who forced us to take his own decorations and photography) claimed that he is the new manager. Later on the day of wedding when we questioned about the supply of Garland and flowers, Prakash blamed on the other guy(haridas) and we were told that Haridas is the actual manager. Don't know how many others are getting into such problems because of these ppl and the wedding hall is getting a bad name in the city. Prakash also asked us to pay 30000rs extra so that our food Caterers can start cooking a bit early around 11 in the morning. He is a very careless person who just needs money and plays with ur hard earned money. I remember the way he charged for each and every minute thing he used for the wedding. And the wedding decoration was not how we were told. Bad choice of Hall for my wedding. Really disappointed with this kind of treatment
