I raised complaint for IFB front load washing machine. Even after multiple saying to come for service before the stated time (before 3pm) of the day, service man from Magizh enterprises came at 4.30pm. Repeatedly this was informed every time I call for service. There is no responsibility or coordination among the people at magizh enterprises. Also, the issue was not analysed properly and they insist on closing the complaint raised. I raised issue to check for the front load door which was not locking or not able to open. Service men changed just the lock hole. When i asked them if they checked the door and asked them to lock and check, then they stated the parts needs to be ordered and has to come from Goa which will take a week time, and I have to check with Magizh enterprises for the spare parts and ask them to attend it. The service men were keen to close the issue, since it is spare part. But as a customer, the issue i reported was not resolved, so i refused to close.
